项目建筑师（1名）
工作地点：杭州余杭未来科技城
职位描述：深度参与项目前期的创作工作，能够配合团队高效完成设计任务，能在项目后期深化及施工阶段独立承担项目各方面协调和落地工作。
任职要求：
1. 建筑学及相关专业本科以上学历，具有海外留学工作经验者优先；
2. 三年以上工作经验，完整参与过全流程的设计与落地工作，熟悉中国建筑设计相关规范，了解施工流程，具有项目各方直接沟通的协调能力，有独立完成完整设计项目的经验尤佳；
3. 熟练使用CAD，Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite (PS, ID, AI)等软件；
4. 热爱建筑，拥有较好的艺术审美素养，理解力强，对事物有较强的求知欲和敏锐的观察力；
5. 富有责任感，对项目计划安排有强烈的时间观念，执行力强，善于团队合作，有较强的自我情绪管理能力和应变能力，能够与业主方、施工方及其他合作方进行有效沟通。
建筑实习生（常年开放）
任职要求：

Project Architect (1 position)
Location: Future Sci-Tech City, Yuhang, Hangzhou
Role: Take an active part in the creative work at the early stages of projects and work efficiently with the team to complete design tasks. Independently coordinate the various aspects of a project and its delivery during design development and construction.
Requirements:
1. A bachelor’s degree or above in architecture or a related field. Overseas study or work experience is preferred.
2. At least three years of work experience, with involvement in the full process from design to completion. Familiarity with relevant Chinese building design codes and construction processes, and the ability to communicate and coordinate directly with all project parties. Experience independently completing an entire design project is a plus.
3. Proficiency in CAD, Revit, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator).
4. A passion for architecture, a good artistic and aesthetic sensibility, strong comprehension, intellectual curiosity and keen observation.
5. A strong sense of responsibility and time management, effective execution and teamwork, emotional self-management and adaptability, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors and other collaborators.
Architectural Intern (applications open year-round)
Requirements:
1. In the fourth year or above of an undergraduate architecture-related program.
2. Available for an internship of at least three months; availability for six months or longer is preferred.
3. A strong desire to learn, with good design and research skills.
4. A conscientious approach, a positive attitude, responsibility and team spirit, and the ability to adapt to an efficient working environment.
