Located in Quincy Center, Massachusetts, the project combines the restoration and adaptive reuse of a historic Masonic Temple with a six-story residential addition. The new building accommodates 66 apartments and shared amenities, while the temple introduces restaurant space. Architecture, landscape and pedestrian improvements reinforce the historic streetscape and its connection to the city center.
