从稔平半岛到咸台桥村，「山海纵深—乡野湿地—人文聚居」的格局，构成从地缘到栖居的完整同构。设计取当地围屋原型，以现代语言回应气候与功能，进退立面顺应场地。

浮起—抬升—覆盖，三叠阶梯形态最大化基地利用：山海是第一叠，自然基底；湿地是第二叠，空间系统；驿站是第三叠，栖居之所。

体量自控规条件的整体块状出发，底层架空、整体抬升，再切分为进退的体量；架空层承接停车与入口，南向坡屋顶成型。庭院向南开口，通透打开又聚拢围合，内院层层叠退——湿地被举进建筑之中。观鸟塔与景观平台置入场地，人车分流，亲水平台落在水岸一侧。

田野铺展、水岸向海、鸟群流转，在此骑行戏水、餐饮小憩、研学导览。

A Dwelling by the Wetland

From the Renping Peninsula to Xiantaiqiao Village, the pattern of “mountain-sea depth, rural wetland, human settlement” forms a complete homology from geography to dwelling. Drawing on the local walled-village (weiwu) prototype and integrating climatic and functional needs, the architecture is articulated in a modern language, its facade of recesses and projections responding to the site.

Floating, rising, sheltering — a threefold stepped form maximizes the use of the ground. Mountain and sea are the first fold, the natural foundation; the wetland, the second, the spatial system; the lodge, the third, the dwelling place.

The massing begins as a single block regularized by the site’s planning conditions, then is stilted at ground level, lifted as a whole, and articulated into recessed and projecting volumes. The stilted level takes parking and the entrance; a south-facing pitched roof takes shape above. The courtyard opens to the south — transparent yet gathered into enclosure — and a layered garden rises within it: the wetland is carried up into the building. A birdwatching tower and landscape terraces are inserted across the site, pedestrian and vehicle circulation separated, a waterfront terrace set along the bank.

Fields spread forth, banks converge seaward, birds wheel through; here one cycles, swims, dines, and studies.
