项目缘起一个小区中荒废的圆形花坛， 它折射出了生活中散落着的许许多多没有被充分利用的小型公共空间。本设计以社区微更新计划为契机，将圆心花坛改造成一个在空间和使用上都向所有人开放的舞台，将这一普通的社区活动空间重构成一个具有戏剧性的交流场所。经过精细的尺寸推敲、材质和细节设计，舞台将能满足坐、躺、表演等多种使用需求。开放的定义将触发不同人群的共享使用。日常使用和演出界限的模糊，将使这里成为真正的公民舞台，上演喜怒哀乐的生活日常，成为社区中的精神核心。

Activating Public Life Through Micro-Renewal

The Stage reimagines an underutilized circular planter in a Shanghai residential community as a dynamic, multi-functional gathering space. Through minimal yet transformative interventions, a lightweight, steel-framed stage emerges, providing a flexible platform for play, rest, performances, and daily social interactions.

Designed with community participation, the project addresses the evolving needs of residents, from children’s activities to cultural events. A vibrant yellow palette, adaptable seating, and an integrated exhibition system enhance engagement, transforming the space into a hub of shared experiences. This micro-renewal exemplifies how small-scale interventions can redefine public space, fostering a stronger sense of community and belonging.
